Our service
We have become ever more aware that the production of these invaluable reports needs to be sped up. We have therefore streamlined our business to enable the faster production of HOMEBUYER Reports, so that the finished report is normally back to the Client no later than the 5th working day from instruction. Whilst with Building Surveys we endeavour to have these returned to our Clients no later than the 7th working day from instruction. We also offer the Client the choice of having a copy of the report sent direct to their Legal Adviser (at no additional cost), so as to hopefully avoid unnecessary time loss.
With both the HOMEBUYER Reports and Building Surveys we also offer free advice to our Clients about the possibility of any proposed extensions or alterations that they might be intending to carryout to the property. Thereby enabling them to make a more informed and hopefully a more positive purchase.
The streamlining of this aspect of Building Surveying has enabled us to maintain very competitive price structures. Unlike many other Surveying Practices we base our fees on the size and type of property, rather than the more discriminatory method of basing the costs against the value of the property. We firmly believe that it does not take us any longer to survey a property in a more ‘exclusive area’ than a similar property being purchased under a "Right to Buy Scheme".
